About the pastor Harvey Ward:
Pastor Harvey Ward is a man of God who has a burning desire to see every person fulfill the will of God for their lives. Pastor Harvey was born in a small town in California and at the age of thirteen he visited his father in Homer, Alaska. It was there and then when he first asked Jesus into his heart and to be his Lord. As many have done, he went through high school living life as he pleased and doing all the things he thought would fulfill his life. At the age of twenty-three he looked in the mirror and said, "Lord I have done it my way and my way doesn't work so all that I have I give to you to do your will". Shortly after God opened doors for pastor to move to Oregon and be mentored by a local pastor. He has served in many different areas of ministry, from ushering to senior pastor.
His desire is to teach and see every person be who God created them to be. Faith, Hope, and Love are the key ingredients to excel in the Lord. This has been birthed in pastors heart and from this God has lead him to open this church. He would like to extend an invitation for you to come visit, "Taste and see that the Lord is good". Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future".
